Does what it says. May 07, 2006 Haven't needed to use it just yet as I have been going it alone lately (everyone's just too busy with work to surf - WHAT?). I have inspected it though and it appears to be durable and designed well enough to serve its purpose.
Also the folks at Outer Reef are FANTASTIC, and the stickers are really cool too!
